Our delicious blend of many herbs and spices is designed to elevate any roasted vegetable. it contains a little sea salt which accentuates the natural sweetness that you get from oven roasted vegetables like zucchini, capsicum, red onions, mushrooms,  sweet potatoes and eggplant . 

This blend is also super versatile , we use when pan frying or oven roasting fish, especially salmon. Simply place the salmon, oiled skin side down in a hot fry pan and cook until the fish starts to look opaque near the skin. sprinkle over some of the RVS , flip the fish and sear until the top and sides are golden ...don't overcook ! A squeeze of fresh lemon and you are good to go !
